10. Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev
Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev is a Kyrgyz politician who has has served as the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan since 20 April 2018.
He was the acting Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan from 22 August to 26 August 2017. He was appointed following Sooronbay Jeenbekov’s resignation to contest the October 2017 presidential election.
Abulgaziyev previously served as Deputy Prime Minister. On April 20, 2018, he was reappointed Prime Minister by President Sooronbay Jeenbekov, after Prime Minister Sapar Isakov’s Government was sacked. On April 25, the new government was sworn in.
9. Daniar Toktogulovich Usenov
Daniar Toktogulovich Usenov is a Kyrgyz banker and politician who served as the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan from October 2009 to April 2010.
He previously served as Mayor of Bishkek. During the 2010 Kyrgyzstan uprising, the political opposition led by the Social Democratic Party of Kyrgyzstan seized control of Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital. After President Kurmanbek Bakiyev reportedly fled the capital in a private airplane, opposition leader Temir Sariyev announced on the radio that Prime Minister Usenov had resigned after negotiations with Social Democratic Party leaders.
