3. Santorini, Greece
Santorini in the southern Aegean Sea was created when a volcanic explosion destroyed a lot of the settlements on what was once a single island. The island has beautiful white villas and blue domed churches that seem to hang off volcanic cliffs that plunge into the deep blue sea. The beaches in some places have black and red sands and are locations of magnificent sunsets. It is one of the most expensive and picturesque locations in the world.
