The University of Melbourne is ranked joint 41st in the world this year alongside South Korea’s KAIST. It is the second oldest University in Australia founded in 1853. The university has around 47,000 students, including more 12,000 international students. Its alumni community includes four Australian Prime Ministers, and it is also been associated with nine Nobel Laureates – the most of any Australian university.
