Filipina model-actress turned politician Lucy Marie Martinez Torres-Gomez, popularly known as Lucy Torres, is now the representative of the 4th District of Leyte. Her family is known for owning several hectares of land in her province. She was first introduced as the new model for Lux shampoo in 1993 together with Richard Gomez, whom she married in 1998.
She first had her break on TV in ABS-CBN’s television series Richard Loves Lucy. After a few years, she hosted some TV shows such as All About You, Shall We Dance, The Sweet Life, and Celebrity Dance Battle.
