Polys Haji-Ioannou is a billionaire thanks to his stake in his brother, Stelios’, discount airline company EasyJet. Polys also owns a transport company, Polyar Tankers, which has around 20 tanks.
His father Loucas Haji-Ioannou, the self-styled “King of Tankers,” purchased his first oil tanker in 1969. Polys is based in Monaco but owns more than 50 properties around the world, in countries including Singapore, Greece and India.
