Walid Jumblatt is the Lebanese politician and the leader and chairman of the Progressive Socialist Party which is founded by his late father Kamal Jumblatt.
He started his professional career as the reporter in Beirut for An Nahar. The BBC describe him as the leader of the Lebanon mainly powerful Cruze people and the inheritor of the political leftist dynasty based party the Progressive Socialist Party.
