Situated in the coastal town of Swakopmund the Brewer & Butcher restaurant is a Micro-Brewery, Restaurant, Bar, Sea Facing Terrace and Beer-garden with open Boma fire-pits and cozy fireplaces.
It forms part of the Swakopmund Strand Hotel group of restaurants that includes the Ocean Cellar Seafood Restaurant and the Farmhouse Deli.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week for Lunch, Dinner, and Bar-Snacks – specializing in Namibian, German and other meat dishes. The restaurant is also vegetarian and vegan-friendly, and gluten-free options are available here too. The restaurants signature dish is the Nguni burger, as the beef used for this is sourced from a high-quality bred Nguni cow. The burger contains both a patty and briskets.
