Mugisha is a young billionaire owning a public relations company known asTerp Consult which has got several lucrative contracts from the government, the major one being the US$1 million Gifted By Nature CNN marketing campaign. Mugisha who is married to a president’s second daughter, Patience Museveniwas also awarded the 2007 CHOGM communication and publicity contract which he managed with Saatchi & Saatchi Company.
10. Edwin Karugire
Edwin is one of the youngest billionaires in the country, he is one of the Co-founders of a powerful law firm known as Kiwanuka & Karugire Advocates located on Acaccia avenue in Kampala.
He is reportedly said to have managed the selling of the former assets of Uganda Railway Corporation, Edwin who married the eldest daughter of the president, Natasha Musevenialso handles very powerful legal cases worth of billions of money.
He also owns one of the biggest cattle farms in the country and he is a real estate dealer with serious buildings in Kampala.
