Lucaya International School (LIS)
LIS is an accredited, college preparatory, non-profit, independent, non-sectarian, co-educational day school governed by a Board of Directors. The school serves the local and international community living on Grand Bahama. All classes are offered in English, with the exception of modern language courses. The educational program is modeled along North American, British and International Baccalaureate Organization guidelines. The school year runs from mid-August to mid-June and has a minimum instructional period of 175 days divided into two semesters. Tuitition Rates: $5,425 – 13,435 Bahamian dollar per year
