3. Tharman Shanmugaratnam
Tharman Shanmugaratnam is the Singapore politician and the member of the governing party People’s Action Party and has been served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore since 2011.
Tharman also the current chairman of the Singapore Monetary Authority. Previously he also served as the Minister of education for 5 years from 2003 to 2008 and the Minister of Finance for 8 years from 2007 to 2015 and has been the member of the Singapore Parliament since 2001.
