Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, born 1 December 1958, is president of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, CEO and chairman of the Emirates Group, chairman of Dubai World, and Noor Takaful insurance company. He is chairman of the Dubai Supreme Fiscal Committee, and second vice chairman of the Dubai Executive Council.
The youngest son of former ruler of Dubai Saeed bin Maktoum bin Hasher Al Maktoum, he is the brother of former ruler of Dubai Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum and the uncle of ruler of Dubai Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
